2019/1654 39 St Leonards Road KT10 0EL – Alleged breach of materials was lodged with EBC ref 2020/0265. EBC Compliance department investigated the breach and confirmed that residents can change styles and colours of doors and windows without planning permission. It is usually required that the new windows have a similar visual appearance to those in the rest of the house.
