AP98 MS to identify a contact for the Residents Association at The Firs regarding the branches through the fence line on the pathway between Dalmore Avenue and The Foley. (PARISH COUNCIL H&TE MEETING 10-DEC-20)

• It was noted that some branches are coming through from the fence running along the pathway between Dalmore Avenue and The Foley damaging the fence. In addition, Glenavon Close has some bushes requiring trimming as they are coming on to pavement and branches from an old tree remained on the corner of Hurstbourne. It was also raised that a Junction box on Gordon Road was broken. (PARISH COUNCIL H&TE MEETING 10-DEC-20)

• i) Highway Garden Sites inspections (including reports from Councillors)

  Sites were confirmed to be in good order with the exception of some pruning being required to the St Leonards Road bed, some brambles need to be cleared along The Firs opposite The Foley pub and a tree overreaching on Glebelands.

AP79 Cllr Marques to send the Clerk a picture of the Glebelands tree so she can decide how best to resolve.

AP80 CS to review Applegarth (bed opposite the houses) and Glenavon Close (junction with Common Road). (PARISH COUNCIL H&TE MEETING 29-OCT-20)
