It was with great sadness that Claygate Parish Council learnt of the death of Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Kent.
We remember with gratitude Her Royal Highness’s warmth and devoted service and offer our heartfelt condolences to His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent and to members of Their Royal Highnesses [sic] family.
