Subject: Hanging baskets and troughs

Good morning,

My name is Emily Cropley, I am contacting you on behalf of Elmbridge council regarding the 2025-26 hanging basket and troughs. We have recently received a quote from our hanging basket supplies and are contacting you to confirm if you’re interested in continuing with the baskets and troughs.

If so, the costs will be 30 x Hanging Baskets (Β£2,887.20)

Furthermore, we are still in the process of having our trough licence approved by Surrey Council, however this is our predicted costs for the troughs if you would like to continue.

7 x Summer Troughs, 7 x Winter Troughs (Β£804.09)

This cost may decrease if the troughs are not approved but hopefully, we will know more soon.

This quote is a total of Β£3,691.29 + VAT

Please can you confirm by the 29th of January, apologies for the short notice. Rachel has left and I have only just picked this up.

Many Thanks,

Emily.
